Accepting these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and any work you hire Crown Noblesville Concrete and Masonry to do. When you browse the site, send us a request or approve an estimate, you agree to these terms, so please read them before you book.
If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. You can still call us at (317) 214-8382 with questions before you decide anything.
What we do
Crown Noblesville Concrete and Masonry is a masonry contractor in Noblesville, IN. We handle brick, block, stone and concrete work for homeowners in Noblesville and the cities around it, from repairs like tuckpointing and foundation work to new walls, walkways, pavers and outdoor kitchens. Our home page lists the services and cities we cover, and our About page tells you more about who we are.
The descriptions on this site are general information about the trade. They aren't a promise about your job, because every wall, chimney and slab is different once we see it in person. The scope of your project is whatever your written estimate or agreement says.
Estimates and pricing
We offer free on-site estimates with no pressure to book. An estimate is our best price for the work we can see and measure on the day we visit, and it stays open for the time written on it.
Masonry sometimes hides problems until the job is open, like rotted backing behind brick, a cracked footing or soft mortar deeper than it looked. If we find something like that, we stop, show you what we found and give you the added cost before doing any extra work. We won't charge for changes you didn't approve.
Prices on the site or in conversation are general guidance only. Your price is the one in your written estimate.
Scheduling and cancellation
We set your start date when you approve the estimate, and we'll tell you how long we expect the job to take. Indiana weather plays a real part in masonry, because mortar and concrete shouldn't be laid in heavy rain or freezing temperatures, so we may move a work day when conditions would hurt the result. We'll let you know as soon as we can when that happens.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, call us at (317) 214-8382 as early as possible. If you cancel after we've ordered materials that can't be returned or have already started work, you'll owe for those materials and the work done to that point, as your agreement spells out.
Payment
Your written estimate or agreement lists what you'll pay, when each payment is due and the ways you can pay. Please read those terms before you sign, and ask us about anything that isn't clear.
Final payment is due when the work is done as described in your agreement. If a payment is late, we may pause the job until it's settled and use the steps Indiana law allows to collect what's owed.
Warranties and what they cover
We stand behind our work, and we'll come back to make it right if something we built doesn't hold up the way it should. Any warranty on your job is the one written in your agreement, and it covers our workmanship for the time and conditions stated there.
Materials like brick, stone, block and pavers carry their own maker's warranties, which we pass along to you where they apply. Our warranty doesn't cover damage from things outside our control, such as ground settling, freeze and thaw, drainage problems on the property, other contractors' work, misuse or normal weathering and color change in masonry.
Apart from what's written in your agreement, the website and our services are provided as they are, and we don't make other warranties, stated or implied, to the extent Indiana law allows.
Limits on our liability
We're fully licensed and insured, and we work carefully around your house and yard. Still, to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost use of a space, or for problems caused by conditions we didn't create and couldn't see before the work began. We also aren't responsible for how you use the general information on this website.
If we disagree about something
Most problems get solved with a phone call, so please tell us first. Reach us through our Contact page or at (317) 214-8382, and we'll respond within 1 business day and work with you in good faith to fix it.
If we can't settle it between us, either of us may suggest mediation before going to court. Any lawsuit about these terms or our work will be filed in the state or federal courts serving Noblesville, Indiana.
Governing law
These terms, and any work we do for you, are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies to your use of the site. A change won't alter an agreement you've already signed with us unless we both agree to it in writing.
If you have a question about these terms, visit our Contact page or call us at (317) 214-8382.
